📚 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be Indian citizens and meet the specified educational, age, and experience requirements.
🎓 Educational Qualification
- Junior Manager (Production/Mechanical/Quality/IT/Business Analytics/Civil/Materials): First Class Engineering Degree (relevant stream) + relevant experience.
- Diploma Technician: Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Civil/Design/Production, etc., with experience.
- Assistant (HR/Stores): First Class Degree + Diploma in HR/Personnel Management/Materials Management + experience.
🎂 Age Limit (as on 16.08.2025)
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years
- Relaxations:
- OBC (NCL): +3 years
- SC/ST: +5 years
- PwBD: +10 years
- Ex-Servicemen: As per Govt. rules
- Max. age with relaxations: 55 years

🏆 Selection Process
- Academic Marks (B.E/B.Tech/Diploma etc.): 75% weightage
- Post Qualification Experience: 10% weightage
